Measuring the Length of an Edge

From the Analysis menu, select Measure.

The Measurement dialog box appears.

Note: From the AutoVue toolbar, you can also click Measure .

Click the Edge Length tab.

All edges on the model are highlighted.

From the Units list, select the unit in which you want to measure the edge length.

Note: If you want to cumulate the measurement of more than one edge, select Cumulative.

Click the edge that you want to measure.

The edge length measurement appears in the Measurement dialog box.

Note: Click Reset to take another measurement.

Click Close to close the Measurement dialog box.
