Batch Conversion

You can save time by simultaneously converting files with the same output file format.

From the File menu, select Convert.

The Convert dialog box appears.

Click Batch Convert.

The Batch Convert dialog box appears.

Click Add.
The Open dialog box appears.

Enter the file name or browse to locate the file that you want to add, then click Open.

The file appears in Input File List.

Note: To add more files, repeat steps 3 to 4. To remove a file, select the file from Input File List and click Remove.

Customize the convert options.

Click OK.

AutoVue stores the newly converted files in the same directory as the first file you entered in Input File List.
