- From the Options menu, select Customize Tools.
The Add Tool Menu Item dialog box appears.
- From the Menu Contents list, select the item that you want to move.
- Click Up or Down to move the item to where you want in the list.
- Click OK to close the Add Tool Menu Item dialog box.
