Customizing the Navigation Panel

In the Navigation Panel, you can sort a column, change column order, or hide/show a column.

To sort a column, click the column heading.

To change the column order or to show/hide a column, right-click a column heading and select Customize.

The Customize Columns dialog box appears.

To show or hide a column, select the check box beside the column or columns you want to show.

Deselect the check box beside the column or columns you want to hide.

Note: To show all columns, click Show All. To hide all columns, click Hide All.

To change the column order, select the column you want to move, then click Move Up to move the column up in the list or click Move Down to move the column down in the list.

Click OK.

The changes appear in the Navigation Panel.
