Changing Fill Color

  1. Select the markup entity or entities for which you want to change the fill color.
  2. See Selecting Markup Entities

  3. From the Markup menu, select Format, and then select Fill Color.
  4. The Fill Color dialog box appears.

    Note: From the Markup Properties toolbar, you can also click Fill Color . Alternatively, right-click the entity in the workspace or Markup Navigation Tree, select Format, and then select Fill Color.

  5. From the Fill Color list, select the color that you want for the markup entity.
  6. Note: Selecting Bylayer changes the markup entity color to the color of the layer and selecting Line Color assigns the same color as the markup entity’s line.

  7. To define a custom line color, from the Line Color list, select Custom Color .
  8. From the Color dialog box that appears, select a color and click OK.
  9. The fill color changes for the selected markup entity or entities.

  10. Click OK to close the Fill Color dialog box.
  11. Note: Any new markup entities that you create will have the new fill color.
