Changing Line Color

Select the markup entity or entities for which you want to change the line color.

From the Markup menu, select Format, and then select Line Color.

The Line Color dialog box appears.

Note: From the Markup Properties toolbar, you can also click Line Color . Alternatively, right-click the entity in the workspace or Markup Navigation Tree, select Format, and then select Line Color.

From the Line Color list, select the color that you want for the entity.

Note: Selecting Bylayer changes the markup entity color to the color of the layer.

To define a custom line color, from the Line Color list, select Custom Color

From the Color dialog box that appears, select a color and click OK.

Click OK to close the Line Color dialog box.

The line color changes for the selected markup entity or entities.

Note: Any new entities that you create will have the new line color.
