Minimize again

If you now minimize the group you will see that the Pins remain still visible and allow us to connect and reconnect the group even in the minimized state.

You can have more than one input or output pins and you can also rename them and change their color.
This can be done from opened group when you select the pins and use the properties panel on the right side.

This way you created stand-alone group that can be easily connect to other parts of the flow.
