Create Virtual Effect

We continue to use the Orton Filter created in the first tutorial.
To encapsulate the flow into a Virtual Effect go to menu Virtual Effect and select Create Virtual Effect item.

In the dialog that appears we can adjust the look of the Virtual Effect box and select which parameters will be editable.
In our Orton Filter the Blur Radius would be a great candidate.
