Displaying index properties

The New Index Properties dialog displays information about the columns upon which the index is built. This information includes:

Name of columns
Datatype of columns
Sort order of columns

You can highlight a column and click the properties button to read more about that column’s properties.

Displaying index properties

Select the index icon.
Select File | Properties.

Shortcuts

Double-click the index icon.
Select the index icon. Then select the Properties toolbar button.
Right-click the index icon. Select Properties from the shortcut menu.
