Deleting an ASE Replicator primary article

Before you can delete a primary article from a publication, you must first:

Delete all of the replicate articles that subscribe to that primary article in that publication
Suspend the primary database connection that contains the publication that the primary article resides in

Because a primary article can reside in more than one publication, you can delete the primary article from one publication without deleting it from other publications. To be completely removed, a primary article must be deleted from all of the publications it resides in.

To delete an ASE Replicator primary article:

Select the primary Adaptive Server in the left pane.
Open the ASE Replicator folder under the primary Adaptive Server container.
Select a primary connection in the ASE Replicator folder.
Select a publication in the primary connection.
In the right pane, right-click the icon of the article you want to delete.
Select Delete.
Click Yes in the Question dialog box.
