Set the maximum job output size.
Enable the Job Scheduler to start when Adaptive Server starts.
Set how often Job Scheduler checks for jobs to run.
From the Database configuration tab you can:
Allocate percentages of the Job Scheduler database for job history data and job output (when the alotted space is consumed, older records are deleted).
