Showing for all users

Only users with js_admin_role can change the owner of a job, schedule, or scheduled job.

Users with the js_user_role can see Job Scheduler objects owned by other users only if the objects are shared. Shared objects are displayed automatically.

Object owners can view their unshared objects. However, users with the js_admin_role can perform these steps from the “Show for all users” menu to view unshared objects:

Select from the following:

To display scheduled jobs owned by other users, right-click the Scheduled Jobs folder and select “Show jobs for all users.”
To display jobs owned by other users, right-click the Jobs folder and select “Show jobs for all users.”
To display schedules owned by other users, right-click the Schedules folder and select “Show schedules for all users.”
To display job histories owned by other users, right-click the Job History folder and select “Show history for all users.”
