General properties

Server properties dialog contains additional information from UAF Agent if Adaptive Server is monitored by an agent. On the General page, the icon reflects the status of the server and displays these fields:

Adaptive Server Cluster Edition allows for a local installation where instances in the cluster each have different paths for the $SYBASE directory. If you are viewing the General Properties at the instance level the page will indicate the status of the directory for the $SYBASE , ASE home, and interfaces directory.

Status – status of the server.
Status for an instance – status of the server, $SYBASE , ASE home and interfaces directories.
ASE home – Adaptive Server home directory path, usually defined as $SYBASE/$SYBASE_ASE on the server host.
ASE log file – log file path.

User will be able to open the log file in a new editor (same as "Get Log" mentioned earlier) by clicking "Get Log" button.
