The Register a Plug-in Wizard consists of three pages: Registration File Name, Plug-in Loading Option, and Additional JARs or Classes.
This page has the following components:
Register a plug-in by specifying a plug-in registration file Select this option if you know the name of the plug-in registration (.jpr) file, and enter the path and file name. The .jpr file contains the name and location of the plug-in .jar file and the classpath information.
You can also click Browse to locate the .jpr file.
Register a plug-in by specifying a JAR file Select this option if you cannot specify a .jpr file name, and enter the path and file name. With this method, you may need to enter a classpath at a later step.
You can also click Browse to locate the JAR file.
TipsIn the Register a Plug-in Wizard, you can choose to automatically load the plug-in when you start Sybase Central. After you register a plug-in, you can add additional Java class files or JAR files to the plug-in's classpath from its properties window. |
