Lookup records
The lookup feature in
BiblioWeb can display unique records for data fields that have repeated
values. For example, click on "Year" will display a list of
unique years and the number of records published in that year. You can
display a similar index for Authors, Journals, Keywords, Publishers,
etc.
Sort lookup records
The lookup result is
initially sorted by the data field values. For example, if the lookup
field is "Authors", the list will first be sorted by author
name. If you want to sort the list by the "Count", select the
"Count" box, and click on the "Sort" button.
